Shady Dale is a small rural community in Jasper County, GA
located at the intersection of GA Highway 83 and GA Highway 142. Its greatest claim to fame is being the home
of The Shady Dale Rodeo, an IPRA sanctioned rodeo event and has many times been
voted the number one rodeo in the Southeast.
There is an Arts and Crafts festival that accompanies the rodeo each
year.
